Pending owner approval — this policy is not yet in effect

Not yet in effect — effective date to be published once the owner approves this policy. The wording below describes how the business actually operates. The decisions listed here must be supplied and approved by the owner before this policy is published with an effective date. Nothing on this page states or implies that these terms have been reviewed or approved by an attorney.

Outstanding owner decisions

  • Professional legal review of the property-damage and limitation-of-liability wording before publication.
  • Which payment methods will actually be offered, and how any applicable taxes are handled.
  • The final legal business name, support email, and telephone number to be published on this page.

1. Introduction and Service Description

We provide residential home organizing services in California. Our work is the organization of existing residential spaces — sorting, categorizing, and arranging belongings using the storage and shelving that already exists in the home. The service is performed in the customer's residence.

We currently offer four organizing services: Closet Organization; Kitchen & Pantry Organization; Home Office Organization; and Garage, Basement & Storage Organization. These terms apply to every service requested through this website and to the appointment we confirm with you.

2. Scope and Exclusions

We organize existing residential spaces and belongings. We do not provide construction, remodeling, carpentry, custom cabinet installation, electrical work, plumbing, mold remediation, hazardous waste handling, heavy-duty junk removal, pest control, professional cleaning or sanitation, or any other specialized licensed trade service. We do not read, interpret, destroy, or shred confidential documents, and we do not provide IT, computer, or network services.

The confirmed service scope describes the organizing work we have agreed to perform. How much of a project is completed within the package time depends on the size, condition, accessibility, and volume of belongings in the space. The package time is available scheduled service time, not a guarantee that every requested task will be completed within it.

3. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

You request an appointment by choosing a service and a package and sending us your project details, service address, and preferred date and time window through the booking form. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment, and a booking request is not an automatically confirmed appointment.

Every request begins with the status Pending Confirmation. We review each request — the service category, the project scope, the property location, the preferred appointment time, specialist availability, and accessibility and safety considerations — before we decide whether we can perform it. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you. We do not confirm appointments automatically.

4. Packages and Prices

Each package states its price, the number of organizing specialists, and the service hours included:

  • Basic Organization — $300. One organizing specialist · Up to 4 hours. Organization of one small area.
  • Standard Organization — $500. Two organizing specialists · Up to 4 hours. Organization of one large area or two small areas.
  • Premium Organization — $900. Two organizing specialists · Up to 8 hours. Organization of multiple areas.

These examples are provided to help you choose a package. The actual scope depends on the size, condition, accessibility, and volume of belongings. We review your request before confirming the appointment. Additional time, materials, or applicable travel costs require your approval before being added.

5. Additional Charges

Additional organizing time, storage products, materials, and any applicable travel expenses must be disclosed to you and approved by you before they are incurred or charged. Where additional work is needed we explain the proposed cost and provide a separate written quotation for your approval first. Package pricing covers organizing labor and time only: storage baskets, bins, containers, and other materials are not included, and any purchase requires your approval first.

We do not add unauthorized expenses to an invoice, and you will not be charged for additional services you did not authorize.

6. Invoicing and Payment Terms

Payment is due within seven (7) calendar days after the invoice is issued, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with you in writing. Once the agreed service is finished, we provide an invoice showing the confirmed charges and the available payment instructions. No deposit is required, no card details are collected through this website, and no recurring or automatic charges apply.

Your invoice shows the service performed, the selected package, the agreed package price, any separately approved additional charges, the total amount due, payment instructions, and the applicable payment terms. Payment is due within 7 calendar days after the invoice is issued unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with you in writing.

We do not collect card details through this website, no deposit is required, and no recurring charges, subscription fees, automatic card charges, or late-payment penalties apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and an accurate service address.
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Give us relevant project details and tell us about fragile, valuable, sentimental, or hazardous items before work begins.
  • Set aside any documents or belongings you do not want our specialists to handle.
  • Make the necessary decisions about retaining, donating, or disposing of your belongings.

8. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the space during the confirmed appointment, including parking, entry, and any access instructions we ask about. If we cannot access the space, we will contact you to discuss the available options; an appointment that is not performed is not treated as a completed service and is not billed.

We may pause, decline, or discontinue work where conditions create material safety concerns or would require services outside the agreed scope — for example hazardous materials, structural concerns, pest activity, or mold. In that situation we will stop and discuss the options with you, which may include recommending specialized licensed assistance. We do not promise that every residential condition can be serviced. Any applicable visit-related charge must have been separately disclosed and agreed in advance, and no undisclosed access, no-show, or cancellation fee is imposed.

9. Handling of Personal Belongings

Our specialists treat your home and belongings with care and work only within the space and scope agreed with you. We do not donate, discard, sell, or permanently remove your belongings without your authorization — every decision about what stays is yours. Please identify fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before work begins so we can plan around them or leave them untouched.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel an unconfirmed booking request at any time without charge. You may also cancel a confirmed appointment at any time before the scheduled service begins without a cancellation fee — including cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Advance notice is appreciated but not required, and no late-cancellation penalty applies.

Rescheduling is free of charge. All rescheduled appointments remain subject to availability and our confirmation. If we must cancel an appointment, we will contact you to discuss alternative scheduling options and you will not be charged for services that were not performed. These terms are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Complaints and Remedies

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, contact us through the contact form with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We encourage you to report a concern within seven calendar days after service completion so we can review the circumstances promptly.

We review each complaint individually. Depending on the situation, an appropriate remedy may include corrective organizing service, a partial refund, or a full refund. A change in personal preference does not automatically entitle you to a refund. The seven-day contact period does not limit or restrict any statutory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

12. Property Damage Concerns

If you believe an item was damaged during your appointment, tell us as soon as you notice it and, where possible, within seven calendar days after service completion. Please include your booking reference, a description of the item and the damage, and any photographs that help explain it. We will review the circumstances with the specialist assigned to your appointment and respond with our findings.

Where we are responsible for damage, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with you. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive, exclude, or limit any liability or right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, and we do not treat acceptance of these terms as a waiver of your statutory rights.

Note: the wording of this section, including how liability for customer property is described, is awaiting professional legal review before publication.

13. Customer Privacy

We collect only the information you give us through the booking and contact forms, and we use it to review and schedule your request, perform the agreed service, issue your invoice, and handle any question or complaint. Photographs you upload are stored privately and used only to evaluate your project and perform the service you requested. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is stored, and how to ask us for a copy, a correction, or a deletion.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right or remedy you have under applicable California consumer law. These terms do not contain a mandatory arbitration clause or a class-action waiver.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business changes or as the outstanding owner decisions listed above are settled. When the owner approves the final wording we will publish an effective date on this page. The terms in effect at the time we confirm your appointment apply to that appointment.

16. Verified Contact Information

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form. Our final legal business name, support email, and telephone number are pending confirmation and will be published here once they are verified — we do not publish contact details we have not confirmed.
