Privacy Policy
How this website collects, uses, and protects the information customers provide when they request an organizing service or send us a message.
Pending owner approval — this policy is not yet in effect
Not yet in effect — effective date to be published once the owner approves this policy. The wording below describes how the business actually operates. The decisions listed here must be supplied and approved by the owner before this policy is published with an effective date. Nothing on this page states or implies that these terms have been reviewed or approved by an attorney.
Outstanding owner decisions
- An approved retention period for booking records, invoices, contact inquiries, and uploaded photographs.
- A completed CCPA/CPRA applicability assessment based on the actual business thresholds and practices.
- The final legal business name and the privacy contact method customers should use for rights requests.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through this website. There are two ways to send it to us: the booking request form and the contact form.
Booking requests. When you request an organizing service we collect your name, email address, telephone number, service address including city and California ZIP code, the service and package you selected, your preferred appointment date and time window, your description of the project, any accessibility or access notes you share, any photographs you upload, and the date you accepted our policies.
Contact messages. When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your message, and the date it was submitted.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information we do not need in order to schedule and perform your service.
2. Why We Collect It
We use this information to review and schedule your organizing request, confirm the scope and availability of your appointment, perform the agreed organizing work, answer your questions, handle complaints or billing enquiries, reply to messages you send us, issue your invoice after the service is complete, and keep the business records we are required to keep.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Service Addresses
Your service address is used to confirm that we can serve your location, to schedule the appointment, and to send organizing specialists to the right place. It is not published anywhere on this website, and it is not shared beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
4. Booking Records
Each booking request is stored with a request reference, the service and package you selected, the package price, the appointment details you provided, the current status of your request, the date you accepted our policies, and any administrative notes our team adds while coordinating the appointment.
5. Contact Form Inquiries
Messages sent through the contact form are saved in our records so an administrator can review and respond to them. They are not published and are not visible to other website visitors. We do not currently send an automatic email acknowledgment for contact form messages.
6. Photographs You Upload
Photographs you upload with a booking request are stored privately and used only to evaluate your project and perform the service you requested. They are not published, and they are not used in advertising, social media, public galleries, promotional campaigns, or marketing materials unless you give us separate authorization for that specific use.
Authorizing marketing use is optional, is never bundled with the booking acknowledgement, and is never a condition of service. We do not pre-check that authorization, and you may withdraw it at any time. The photographs shown in our website gallery are illustrative examples and are not customer photographs.
Administrators open your photographs through short-lived signed links issued after they sign in. The files are not held at a public web address, and they are not reachable by other website visitors.
7. Who Can Access Your Information
Access to booking records and contact inquiries is limited to authorized administrators of our business, who sign in to a protected administrative dashboard to review requests, coordinate appointments, and reply to messages. Organizing specialists receive only the details they need to perform the agreed work.
8. How Information Is Stored and Protected
This website and its database are hosted on a third-party website and database platform that stores this information on our behalf. Administrative access requires signing in, and uploaded photographs are held in private storage rather than at a public web address. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification or audit.
9. Service Providers
This website, its database, its sign-in, and its private file storage are provided by Base44, the platform this website is built and hosted on. Base44 processes and stores the information described in this policy on our behalf so that the website and its booking system can operate.
Beyond that platform we do not use a separate analytics service, advertising network, or payment processor on this website. Payments are not collected through the website; invoices are issued after the service is completed, and payment arrangements are handled outside it. If we engage another provider that handles your information, it may use that information only to provide its service to us, and we will describe it here.
10. Data Retention
We keep booking records, contact inquiries, uploaded photographs, and related information for as long as we need them to provide our services, to respond to questions about past appointments, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need a record, we delete it.
A specific retention period has not yet been approved by the owner, so we do not state one here. No retention period is currently active, and nothing in this application deletes records automatically. Where a record is deleted, a copy may remain in our hosting platform's backups for a period we cannot currently measure, so a deleted record may not disappear from every system immediately.
11. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party marketing or analytics tracking. The only cookies set are those the platform needs to keep the site working and to keep a signed-in administrator's session secure. We have not enabled any analytics or marketing tool, and we do not intend to add one without first updating this policy.
Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is shown. If that changes, we will publish the change here before any such cookie is set.
12. California Privacy Disclosures
We have not yet determined whether the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to this business. We make no claim that it applies and no claim that the business is exempt. We will complete that assessment and add any required notices, consumer-rights procedures, and request-handling steps before the policy takes effect.
13. Your Privacy Requests
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by sending a request through the contact form. Tell us which appointment or message the request relates to.
We will confirm your request before acting on it, and we may ask for enough information to verify that the request comes from the right person — we will not disclose personal information to someone who has not been verified. We delete the information we are not required to keep for legal, accounting, or dispute-related reasons, and we will explain any part of a request we cannot carry out and why.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices change or as the outstanding owner decisions listed above are settled. When the owner approves the final wording we will publish an effective date on this page. Until then this policy is a statement of our current practices rather than a published, effective policy.
15. Contacting Us About Privacy
Questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, can be sent through our contact form. Our final legal business name, support email, telephone number, and privacy contact method are pending confirmation and will be published on this page once they are confirmed.
