Additional organizing time may be arranged subject to specialist availability. We explain the proposed work and provide a separate written quotation for your approval before performing it. No additional hourly rate has been approved for publication; the owner must approve the pricing policy. No unapproved additional charges are added to your invoice.

Travel arrangements depend on the service location and specialist availability. Any applicable travel charge must be disclosed and approved by you before your appointment is confirmed. We do not promise free travel or impose an undisclosed fee. A specific travel-fee schedule is pending owner approval; statewide coverage is not a guarantee of availability at every address.

Tell us your organizing goals and make the agreed work area accessible. Identify fragile, valuable or sentimental items, set aside confidential documents you do not want handled, and share parking, stairs, elevator, pet or other access details. You do not need to purchase storage products in advance. You decide what to keep, donate or discard; nothing is removed without your authorization.

No. Submitting a request does not guarantee appointment availability. Your request begins as Pending Confirmation and is reviewed by our team. We confirm the appointment with you after reviewing the service scope and availability.

Payment is requested after the agreed organizing service has been completed. No payment is collected when submitting a booking request. After the service we issue an invoice, and payment is due within seven (7) calendar days after the invoice is issued, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed with you in writing. No deposit is required and we do not collect card details through this website.

No. We do not add late-payment penalties, subscription fees, recurring charges, or automatic card charges, and no card details are collected through this website.

Completion of every requested task is not guaranteed within the package time limit, because it depends on the size and condition of the area being organized. If more time is needed, we will stop and explain the options and provide a separate written quotation. Additional organizing time is performed only with your advance approval, and no undisclosed charges are added.

No. Storage baskets, bins, containers, and other materials are not included in the package price. We can recommend options, and any purchase requires your approval first.

Yes, if you would like us to source or supply organizing materials, we will quote them for you and obtain your approval before purchasing anything. Materials are billed separately from the organizing labor.

No. We organize existing residential spaces. Construction, remodeling, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and installation of built-in or shelving systems are not part of our services.

Yes. Our Garage, Basement & Storage Organization service covers garages, basements, and household storage areas — sorting belongings, organizing existing shelves, grouping seasonal items, and establishing practical storage zones. Hazardous waste handling, chemical disposal, pest removal, mold remediation, and heavy hauling are not included.

We recommend being present at the start to walk us through your space and your goals, and at the end for the final walkthrough. You are welcome to step out during the hands-on organizing work, as long as we can access the space.

Yes. You may cancel an unconfirmed booking request at any time without charge, and you may cancel a confirmed appointment at any time before the service begins without a cancellation fee. This includes cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Advance notice is appreciated but not required, and no late-cancellation penalty applies.

Yes. Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to appointment availability and confirmation.

Please contact us if you have concerns about the completed service, preferably within seven calendar days. We review each concern individually and may offer corrective service, a partial refund, or a full refund when appropriate. This recommended contact period does not limit your legal rights.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.

Photographs you upload with a booking request are stored privately and used only to evaluate your project and perform the service you requested. They are not used for advertising, social media, public galleries, or promotional materials unless you give us separate authorization for that use — authorizing marketing use is optional and is never a condition of service. Photographs shown in our gallery are clearly labeled as illustrative examples and are not customer photographs.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property or cannot safely perform the work, we will contact you to discuss the available options. No undisclosed access, no-show, or cancellation fee is imposed; any visit-related expense must have been separately disclosed and approved in advance.

No. We do not provide hauling or junk removal, and nothing leaves your home without your authorization. We sort and group items so that anything you want to donate, discard, or relocate is easy to identify and handle yourself.
